Klingon Warrior Armored Uniform

There is no pattern for this outfit. I used numerous references to stay true to the studio version of the costume (although there are many unique interpretations out there).

The costume is principally vinyl with glittery cloth sleeves plus some Spandex, broadcloth, and other tidbits.

I made the Bat'tleth from masonite and vinyl. The skull piece was scratchmade from latex rubber although I do also have a commercial piece.
